At PickItNow, we understand that sometimes customers may wish to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a standard return.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
  • Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • We will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped.
  • Custom or special-request items once processing has begun.
