At PickItNow, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene-sensitive products and certain electronics, returns may only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or replacement.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photo or video evidence may be required for verification purposes.
  • Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return process.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item, incorrect order, or seller error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 7-day return window.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse after delivery.
  • Damage caused after successful delivery.
