At PickItNow, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- For hygiene-sensitive products and certain electronics, returns may only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo or video evidence may be required for verification purposes.
- Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return process.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing may take 5β10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item, incorrect order, or seller error.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the 7-day return window.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear or misuse after delivery.
- Damage caused after successful delivery.
