Where is my order?

How do I know my order was successful?

Can I change my order after placing it?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Can I add items to my existing order?

Why is my order still processing?

Why did I receive my items in different parcels?
