Yes! Orders with a total value of R350 or more qualify for FREE nationwide shipping anywhere in South Africa.

How much is shipping?

Orders below R350 are charged a flat shipping fee of R90. Orders of R350 or more ship FREE.

Why was R90 added to my order?

Your order total is currently below R350. Orders under R350 are charged a standard delivery fee of R90.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Simply add enough items to reach a cart total of R350 or more before checkout, and your shipping will automatically become free.

My order is R349. Do I still pay shipping?

Yes. Free shipping starts from R350. Orders below this amount have a R90 delivery fee.

Can I add another item to get free shipping?

Absolutely. If adding another item brings your order total to R350 or more, the shipping fee will automatically be removed during checkout.

Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?

Yes. We deliver nationwide, including major cities, towns, and most rural areas.

How long does delivery take?

How soon do you ship my order?

Please contact us immediately. If your parcel hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update your address before dispatch.

What happens if nobody is home?

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Why does my tracking say "Label Created"?

This means your shipment has been prepared and is waiting to be collected or scanned by the courier. Tracking updates will appear once the courier processes the parcel.

My parcel is taking longer than expected.

Occasionally, courier delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes or remote delivery locations. We'll gladly assist if you need an update.

Can I choose a faster shipping option?

At this time, we use our standard delivery service to ensure reliable nationwide shipping.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No. We currently do not offer same-day delivery.

Can I receive my order tomorrow?

Unfortunately, next-day delivery is not available. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Do public holidays affect delivery?

Yes. Public holidays and weekends may slightly extend processing and delivery times.

Do weekends count as business days?

No. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Can I collect my order myself?

At the moment, we only offer courier delivery and do not provide customer collections.

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive anything.

Please check with people at your address or reception/security. If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us immediately so we can assist you with the courier.

My parcel says delivered but I never got it.

First check your surroundings, neighbours, or building reception. If it is still missing, contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.

My tracking number is invalid.

Tracking numbers may take some time to activate after dispatch. Please try again later or contact us if the issue continues.

Why is my order still processing?

Your order is being prepared for dispatch. Once it has been handed to the courier, you will receive a tracking number.

How long does processing take?
